Hello all,
So there has been no time for me to sit down and write up a proper blog post for this week. I wasn't able to get any pictures this week or any video done for my 10 Week update. Just wanted to let you know that everything is ok...all is well...but we haven't been in our house all week because our basement flooded...with sewage water!!!!!! YUCK! This had nothing to do with anything we did...but most likely have happened because of a construction company working across the street from our town home complex...there were 8 of our places that got flooded. But we really don't know exactly what happened...just that it did happen. But things like this happen...thank goodness we have renters insurance! The flood happened Tuesday late afternoon and so we stayed with Jayden's parents until Sunday afternoon...our place got cleaned and sanitized on Saturday morning so we let it air out from all the chemicals/disinfectant for another night. But it was a sad situation because we had to say goodbye to a huge pile of our belongings from our basement...futon, more furniture, clothes, baby items (cradle, toys, swing), clothes, shoes...yeah the list goes on. So our basement is bare...but cleaner than it has ever been...so we are in the process of waiting for our insurance to come to price out all of our damaged belongings so we can replace them with new items! We'll be able to get new furniture and whatever else we need to replace...but boo for having this whole thing happen to us. So I am not gonna stress about trying to remember all of my symptoms and not being able to get pictures or footage because this week was crazy week. But I will be keeping track of everything for Week 11 (I am 11 Weeks 1 Day today) so look out for a post for Sunday and a video for Sunday as well! I hope you are all keeping well. After this whole yucky situation it really makes you open up your eyes to what is most important in life...cause as I was so sad to say goodbye to a lot of our belongings...in the end...they are just...stuff! My family is safe and everyone is happy...and we had my In-Laws to stay with in this whole process...you can't ask for anything more special than having your family safe at the end of the day <3 Thanks for stopping by and we'll catch ya on my next update! ...following my dreams... -Cynthia

(Blog post from December 20th, 2012- 10 Weeks 6 Days Pregnant) Hello all, Well we are 10 Weeks Pregnant. Yay! We are counting down the days until we go to Mexico. We actually leave to Edmonton tomorrow night and fly out really early Saturday morning. Yikes. Time is flying. Let's see what happened for week 10? I got my haircut this week :) So it was sure nice to get pampered, I Love getting my hair done. I didn't do anything crazy (I don't even have a picture to show you) because really all I did was a trim, the last time I got it cut was the beginning of August. So I was due for a good trim. I am thinking of growing it out a bit, so I want to keep the length but keep it healthy too. We also had a triple date night this week. My Dad came over to watch Isaiah while we went to Jasper (with Jayden's brother and his wife, and our best friends) so there were 3 of us couples. We went to watch the Hobbit. So awesome. I loved it, even though I had no clue as to what was going to happen. It was so nice to get out and have a date though. The popcorn was sooo yummy too. Mmmm.... As for me, well I feel great, still pretty tired, but I feel amazing. I haven't been working out like I wanted to though, so that kind of sucks. But hopefully I can get back into the swing of things. I just want energy...maybe if I can't get any I am hoping to get a good boost in the Second trimester so I can focus on working out more. Anyways, here are my Q's for the week. Enjoy.
