Hey! 37 Weeks has come and is going. I will be 38 Weeks tomorrow. This friends...is crazy! Today we have a prenatal appointment and I am going to ask to get my membrane sweep done. I remember wanting to get it done with Jens around this time last pregnancy but his little head wasn't low enough. So hopefully this guy will be ready (he still does seem a lot lower) but we'll see this afternoon. I hope we can get it done...and that it works...lol. Jayden has all of next week off...so baby coming a bit early would be absolutely perfect. But obviously we will be happy with whenever he decides he is ready. I am happy I still feel pretty awesome at this point considering I only have about 2 weeks left or so. Although the past couple of days have looked like this... Me feeling nauseous & just kind of yucky feeling (like the feeling you get when you are gonna have a baby soon) Also something a bit weird is my braxton hicks seem like they are lasting longer (I almost worry that they could even be small contractions...which wouldn't surprise me considering I had false labour with Jens for over a week) This is a fear of mine though...because guys...that really wasn't an experience I want to re-live! But it will be what it will be. I am ready for this. I want to meet this little man...this wait will have the death of me...because I seriously cannot wait to look into those sweet little eyes and introduce myself to the little person I have been growing for the past 9 Months <3 eeeee....I can't wait! I have been having lower back pain for sure :( It sucks. Today it is really bad, I haven't really done much for staying active this time around not even walking much (cause I have just had very low energy) so I think that has to do with just having a sore back..???? I just did a post this morning on getting packed for the hospital and talked a bit about how I just don't have that nesting "urge" this time around. This is true...it is honestly weird to me that I haven't been nesting like crazy. If anything I have to force myself to get things done...like putting his clothes away, getting diapers prepped, getting his sleeping arrangements sorted out. Lol. How strange. Mother's usually want to do this...or rather do it because their nesting mode kicks in full gear. Where is mine??? Lol. The thing about it is if he arrived today...Jayden and I would know what to do. We would be ready for him. He has clothes...he'll have food (the boob) he has diapers, he has a cradle...etc... I am honestly happy that I don't have that crazy "nesting" thing happen to me this time (yet) because I really don't want to scrub toilets with a toothbrush or get on my hands and knees to really clean floors and whatnot. Lol. I am being totally honest here! We did manage to get a bunch of frozen meals together so we don't have to worry too much about cooking for the first week or so. We did up some Lasagna's, Chicken Enchilada's, Meatballs, Chili's, Beef Stew & I am doing some Cabbage Rolls tonight! Anyways that is really all there is for an update this week. It is really just the "waiting game" now. Here are my questions for the week. How far along? 37 Weeks 6 Days! How big is baby? Baby is as Big as a Winter Melon. 18.9-20.9 Inches & 6.2-9.2lbs! He's practicing some skills: inhaling, exhaling, sucking, gripping and blinking. He's getting his first sticky poop (called meconium) ready for his first diaper. Total weight gain and bump measurements: 182lbs (Ok how did I gain 4lbs in 1 week???) my bump measures 46 inches! Maternity clothes? Maternity Shirt from H&M, Jeans from Thyme Maternity Stretch marks? Not that I know of...and I don't even feel itchy. Sleep: Sleep is getting uncomfortable. Best moment this week: Having Isaiah really understand that his little Brother is going to be here soon. He is getting so excited seeing us prepare things like, the crib, bouncy chair, swing, baby clothes...etc. Miss anything? My body... Movement: Yes he moves a fair amount still. I could tell he is getting pretty cramped in there though. Food cravings: Chocolate!!!! Anything making you queasy or sick: Yes. But I am not sure what. Gender: A Boy! Labor signs: Not that I know of...although the long braxton hicks make me wonder. Symptoms: fatigue, sore lower back, braxton hicks for longer periods, nausea, heartburn, pressure. Belly button in or out? In but it soooo wants to be out. Wedding rings on or off? On. Happy or moody most of the time: pretty happy. Looking forward to: Breastfeeding again...and getting back into running about 6 weeks PP. Thanks for stopping by. I didn't get around to getting a video done for this update. So tune in for my 38 Weeks Update or maybe even a Introducing of our new baby update! Eeee!
...following my dreams... -Cynthia

Hello there! Well I am getting all packed and ready for us to make the trip to the Hospital (whenever that will be) I figured it was about time to get the Hospital bag packed. I am sure there are other little things I need to put in there...and I also need to pack a little bag for Jayden and I too. I have been so chill with this whole pregnancy. I am extremely excited to meet this little man but find it a bit odd that I haven't been scrubbing floors with a toothbrush! I don't have that "urge" this time around to go through a hardcore nesting period...which to me is weird cause I did that with each of my previous pregnancies! I guess I kind of just feel like it doesn't matter how "organized" or "prepared" I try to be...those first couple of weeks just fly by after having a baby. I am just so excited to meet this little man and know that whatever I stress about getting done...just doesn't matter...what matters is Him <3 We have our Prenatal Appointment this afternoon at 4pm and I will be getting my first Membrane Sweep done (hopefully). I have been feeling very nauseous lately and just kind of icky...like a yucky feeling (which I haven't felt with the first two pregnancies) So who knows...maybe the sweep will do something. Wish us luck, good thoughts and prayers! When we got the sweep done with the first 2 pregnancies it did nothing. I cannot believe that tomorrow I will be 38 Weeks Pregnant though! Seems surreal to me. How fast this pregnancy flew by. I think I am gonna try and work on some posts this week while I have time just waiting for his arrival. Hope to get the 37 Week Update complete and a couple other ideas I have too. P.s- Love the little sneak peek of his First Initial in that picture? Baby "A" Madsen! So can't wait to share his name with you all. Jayden came home with that letter yesterday, so he will paint it and that will go up above his crib along with that super cute picture. I can't wait to finish all the decorating in his nursery <3 But that will come in time. Something I won't stress about finishing before he arrives..it's not like he'll be in there for the first little bit anyways! This is what little Baby Madsen will be coming home in <3
Have a good rest of the week everyone! Thanks for stopping by! ...following my dreams... -Cynthia Hello!!! Well we are 37 Weeks today! But just throwing this update together quickly. My 36th week went really well. I am definitely starting to get into Nesting Mode. This baby is going to be here in no time. There are still some things to do!!! I am honestly feeling fantastic. I am shocked at how amazing I feel this far along into my pregnancy. At this point with Jens I am pretty sure I was miserable (but I guess it was also the middle of summer) There is only 1 thing I will be complaining about for week 36 and that is SLEEP. I sleep pretty good throughout the night...but when I wake up the one time to go and use the bathroom around 2-4am my body is so sore. My lower back kills. But the biggest problem is when I sleep on my right side and try to roll over to get out of bed it takes me like 5 minutes just to roll over because my hip like locks up. So not cool. It is very uncomfortable to only sleep on 1 side so I wake up a couple times in the night to roll over to the other side to help stay comfortable. It does work...but not so much when it locks up like I was just explaining. I feel great otherwise though. Definitely slowing down...and it's hard to carry Isaiah and Jens when they want to be held...so that sucks. The next couple of weeks leading up to his arrival will just look like...me getting ready for him. Knitting away, sewing a couple of things, washing all of his clothes, diapers, organizing the nursery & all the stuff I'll need for him, preparing frozen meals, walking. That is about it for this weeks update. Here are my questions for the week! How far along? 36 Weeks 6 Days! How big is baby? Baby is as Big as a Honeydew. 17.2-18.7 Inches & 4.2-5.8lbs! He's getting closer and closer to being able to breathe on his own, His skin is getting smooth and soft and his gums are rigid, His liver and kidneys are in working order, & Circulation and immune systems are basically good to go! Total weight gain and bump measurements: 178lbs my bump measures 45 inches around :) Maternity clothes? Shirt is from H&M & Jeans are from Thyme Maternity! Stretch marks? No. No signs of new ones. Sleep: Sleep is good but sleeping on my right side sucks. Best moment this week: Our Family had a Celebration for some Birthdays this past Saturday! Miss anything? Booze...lol. Crabby's Ginger Beer. Movement: Yes but he doesn't seem to be moving as much (still a lot) Food cravings: Chocolate!!!! Anything making you queasy or sick: His movement sometimes. Gender: A Boy! Labor signs: No. Symptoms: Fatigue, sore body (especially when sleeping), movement Belly button in or out? In but it soooo wants to be out. Wedding rings on or off? On. Happy or moody most of the time: emotional...I cry over everything. Looking forward to: Sharing his name <3 Thanks for stopping by. Go check out my video on this 36 Week update. I also do a haul on some of the baby items we have been collecting over the past couple of months. ...following my dreams... -Cynthia Hello there, Well 32 Weeks has come and has gone. Can't believe I will be 33 Weeks tomorrow! Yikes! It's definitely going by so fast. There isn't a whole lot to update on! I did miss my 31 Week Update, but really there isn't much to talk about anyways. Jayden and I had a wonderful Anniversary Weekend away (our Anniversary isn't until March 5th) & the Anniversary we are Celebrating is the "Since we've been together" one! Can't believe it will be 10 Years since I have been able to call him mine <3 That man still gives me butterflies...you seriously should have seen me the night before I went to meet him (he had a teachers convention so was already in the City) So I drove in last Saturday morning and met him and we got to spend the night in a cute little Bed & Breakfast and also spend all of Sunday together too! What a beautiful Weekend together...to be able to connect again and just...be...together! No interruptions, no changing diapers, no responsibility. Just...Us <3 A HUGE Thank You to my amazing Father-in-Law for spending the night at our house to watch our little men. Isn't it weird though...as a mom I had to have a little cry as I drove away from our house Saturday Morning...that was the first time I have been away from my little Jens over night...it was so hard to leave them both...I know I am definitely not the only parent to experience this. It's so crazy how close of a connection you have with your children...and how many times I have thought to myself "am I being selfish...maybe we shouldn't go away....maybe I should stay home so I don't have to leave them" But I am sooo happy that God gave me strength and comfort as I drove off to pick up my Husband. Cause the weekend was so special and definitely something that was well needed before we are parents of 3 little men. I had a Doctor's appointment on Tuesday. Everything went well. The Doctor says that my Blood Pressure was a bit low (but after I said I mentioned it was low the last couple of times) she agreed and then said that she wasn't overly concerned and that it is always changing in pregnancy. She listened to baby's heartbeat (when she could find it) because of how active he is...as soon as she tried to listen he kept moving and hiding from her! haha! She was very happy with his heart rate. She says everything looks nice and normal. He is head down (but that could change in the next 8 Weeks!)
That is about it for this weeks update. Here are my questions for the week! How far along? 32 Weeks 6 Days! How big is baby? Baby is as Big as a Squash. 15.2-16.7 inch long & 2.5-3.8lbs! He's getting ready for his descent — she's likely in the head-down position now. And he's probably feeling even more cramped. Total weight gain and bump measurements: 173lbs (up 4lbs since 2 weeks ago) my bump measures 44 inches around :) Maternity clothes? Shirt is from Target I believe (Maternity), Pants are from Thyme Maternity! Stretch marks? No, but I have a feeling they are coming! Sleep: Sleep is getting uncomfortable. Best moment this week: I would have to say...enjoying that chocolate I ate this afternoon! Miss anything? not really. Movement: Yes...all the time...and it's getting more powerful as the days go by. Food cravings: Avocado. Anything making you queasy or sick: No Gender: A Boy! Labor signs: No. Symptoms: Growing Cramps, Baby's hard movements & fatigue. Belly button in or out? In. Wedding rings on or off? On. Happy or moody most of the time: Oh....so emotional! But happy. Looking forward to: Breastfeeding again...oh and getting my body back! Thanks so much for stopping by! See ya for next weeks update! Also just an FYI for my youtube video's our little family is gonna start doing Weekly Vlogs of our life. I am so excited to start this new journey to capturing our life with our little men and going back to watch how much they have changed <3 ...following my dreams... -Cynthia Hello there :) Just gonna do a quick update for this week, there isn't a whole lot that is new. Our family is finished with the flu and has recovered nicely. Although I have this lingering winter cold that just wont go away, it's just a nasty cough and a bit of a sore throat. This week was nice because the first half of the week I had soo much energy. Which was great because I was able to really get my house clean and rid of all those flu germs! Lots of chores got done! It felt great. Towards the end of the week I still had energy...but just not as much.
Anyways here are my questions for this week ;) How far along? 30 Weeks 6 Days! How big is baby? Baby is as Big as a Cucumber. 15.2-16.7 inch long & 2.5-3.8lbs! His skin is getting smoother. His brain is getting wrinklier to make way for all that essential brain tissue. He is now strong enough to grasp a finger. Total weight gain and bump measurements: 169lbs (crazy almost 20lbs gained so far...yikes) my bump measures 44 inches around :) Maternity clothes? Dress is from Forever 21 (is not maternity....but I have stretched it and can now only where it during pregnancy...lol), Jeans are from Motherhood Maternity, Cardigan is from Gap (non maternity) Stretch marks? Not that I know of...but I honestly wouldn't know if I got any new ones...I have tonnes of them. Sleep: I wake up every morning around 3-4am to use the washroom. Best moment this week: Having that energy boost. Miss anything? Sushi! Movement: He's a ninja! Food cravings: Toast with Butter, Chocolate Cake & Gnocchi! Anything making you queasy or sick: No Gender: A Boy! Labor signs: No. Symptoms: Heartburn, Boost of energy, Fatigue, Sore back, Uncomfortable & Lots of movement. Belly button in or out? In. Wedding rings on or off? On. Happy or moody most of the time: Happy but emotional too! Looking forward to: Our Anniversary Weekend next Weekend!!!!! That's all for this week. If you'd like to see a video of my 30 Week update please go check out my youtube channel. I am working really hard to keep at it for this Year! Enjoy! Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope you have a fantastic week. I am looking forward to next weekend when I get to go to the City with my Husband and have a night away with him <3
...following my dreams... -Cynthia Hello there, There really isn't a whole lot to update on for this week. I have been very...very tired...like extremely tired. I have a bit of a cold, so I think the combination of that and chasing after two boys who have recovered from the flu running around...I guess I would be tired! LOL! But oh how wonderful it is to have happy healthy kids again! What a strain it was on all of us! I didn't get around to filming my 29 Week Update though :( Boo for that! I am sorry for always saying I will next week...next week...next week. But my goal is to get on with this youtube thing and really making it a part of my life. It is something I want to do...I will put my mind to it and my energy...and I will get there and accomplish that dream I have. Baby steps. I still have a sore lower back (I was not feeling well when my chiropractor appointment was scheduled) so I ended up cancelling! But I am looking forward to going on a weekly basis. I've been experiencing a bit of heartburn this week...more than previous weeks that's for sure. Anyways that is really all that is new on my end. Here are my questions for the week. Enjoy! How far along? 29 Weeks 6 Days! How big is baby? Baby is as Big as a Acorn Squash. 15.2-16.7 inch long & 2.5-3.8lbs! He's growing white fat deposits under his skin, and his energy is surging because of it. If you feel twitching...baby might be hiccuping. Total weight gain and bump measurements: 169lbs. No belly measurement. Maternity clothes? Shirt is from H&M Maternity, Jeans are from Motherhood Maternity & Scarf is from Ardene. Stretch marks? None. Sleep: I wake up every morning around 3-4am to use the washroom. Best moment this week: Having the boys wake up feeling better! Miss anything? caffeine...one cup is not doing it for me. Movement: He's a ninja! Food cravings: Toast with Butter. Anything making you queasy or sick: No Gender: A Boy! Labor signs: Nope. Symptoms: Movement, Sore Back, Mild Heartburn, extreme fatigue Belly button in or out? In. Wedding rings on or off? On. Happy or moody most of the time: Happy. Looking forward to: Our Anniversary Weekend next month! Thanks for reading! See ya next week!
...following my dreams... -Cynthia Hello all, So this is actually embarrassing...that I am already 29 Weeks today and haven't blogged since 15 Weeks! Yikes! So sorry about that. But life has been so crazy busy. A couple months back we moved in with my In-Laws to save for a DP to buy our First Home <3 Well we saved up for that within 2 Months of saving and we Moved into our very own house on December 30th! Life is surreal right now. Ooooh we also found out we are having another little BOY!!!! Excited!!!! I cannot believe how perfect life is ringing into the New Year like this <3 Here is the video we made announcing the Gender of this little Man...go check it out! Anyways fast forward to now...and we are getting pretty settled into our new home and loving it. I cannot wait to do a Blog Post on our Gem of a house we found. It is literally like a Ski Lodge in here...surrounded by Beautiful Cedar (we have a Pan-ABode Log Home) I still cannot believe it is ours and how on earth I deserve to own this home <3 We have big plans for this house and lots to do to make it our own. It is older but there are two levels...main level and basement. The main level is pretty great...in very good condition....we will update the kitchen eventually and do a couple other little things here and there and I am sure tonnes of Pinterest ideas as well. But our basement (because it's an older house...built in '77) our whole basement needs to be redone and Thankfully my Parents gave me a very generous gift towards our house to do some reno's (we'll get most of them done this summer) so look out for more posts on before and after posts on our little Log House <3 I have been feeling super great up until the Holiday time and afterwards....over the Holidays I ate way too good...like way too good. Lol. I think I went from gaining only 5lbs to gaining almost 15lbs over the Holiday season. So I feel like I am finally able to get back on track now and starting to feel great. Cause for a while there I was feeling very low energy and just bloated at all times and uncomfortable. But I am working at getting back into a lifestyle that I love and that fits me. Trim Healthy Mama. I am sure you'll keep reading more and more on that. I will definitely ease my way in though and do it a day at a time and definitely take baby steps. I am starting out with doing THM for Breakfast everyday and then I'll add in THM Snacks...Lunch...and dinner eventually. But for now I am focusing on just breakfast for a while. Our house got hit by a stomach bug. Very unfortunate...Isaiah caught it first it lasted 24 hours, then little Jens caught it the next afternoon and his lasted about 48 hours then turned into a very nasty cold (which he still has) Yesterday was the worse of it...I have never seen my baby so sick in his entire life....it was a hard day. Jayden caught it a couple days ago too...but had it for less than 24 hours (thankfully) and I haven't caught it at all and hope and pray that I don't. I hate winter flu's/colds/bugs! Anyways moving on to the actually update of this Pregnancy!!!! Haha now that I hopefully got some of you all caught up on where the heck I have been. I will be doing my 28 Week Update today as I just finished my 28th Week yesterday. Like I said I am 29 Weeks today. Symptoms for Week 28.... - Baby's movement is they biggest (but not the oldest news) I cannot believe how much this little person moves around. Definitely way more than my first 2 pregnancies! His favorite time to get his dance moves on is at about 8:30-10pm at night and then I feel him again when I go to the washroom early in the morning (2 or 3am) -Heartburn (very mild though...I haven't even had to take Zantac) -Braxton Hicks....like tonnes of Braxton Hicks. They are so annoying. -Lower back pain (I've been to the Chiropractor last Week because of it) and he's asked me to come back every week now. -Just generally uncomfortable but I think it's starting to be less so now that I am eating better. They weather has been pretty nice out as well so I am thinking of doing a short walk everyday/every other day from now on ;) Weather permitted anyways. Here are my questions for the week :) Enjoy! How far along? 29 Weeks 0 Days! (but this is based on my 28 Week Update) How big is baby? Baby is as Big as a Eggplant. 13.6-14.8inch long & 1.5-2.5lbs! He's starting to develop more fat, so his wrinkly skin will start to get smoother. His lungs are mature enough that he'd probably survive if he was born now. Total weight gain and bump measurements: Sorry slacking this week. Maternity clothes? Shirt is from Thyme Maternity I got it during my second pregnancy & my jeans are from Motherhood Maternity (which I am disappointed in because they have faded a fair amount) Cardi from Old Navy (non maternity) Stretch marks? None. Sleep: Sleep is getting a little uncomfortable and I have to change positions a couple times a night. Have to get up at least once to use the washroom. Best moment this week: We had my Niece Skylar's 1st Birthday party here at our house yesterday. Miss anything? A glass of red wine :) Movement: Yes...he is very active Food cravings: Toast with Butter. Anything making you queasy or sick: No not at the moment! Gender: A Boy! Labor signs: Nope. Symptoms: Movement, Sore Back, Mild Heartburn Belly button in or out? In. Wedding rings on or off? On. Happy or moody most of the time: Happy. Looking forward to: Having 3 little boys <3 That is it for the Week :) I will try to film an update for this week today sometime...depending on how my little men do...but if I don't get around to it I am really hoping next week will be back to normal with my filming/blogging. I did get around to filming it (in very poor lighting) hopefully next weeks will be back to normal! Here it is! ...following my dreams...
-Cynthia Hey everyone, So I am 15 Weeks & 5 Days Pregnant today! We are actually moving tomorrow...so I unfortunately don't have time to sit and write a full update for you...or time to film my 15 Week update. I just don't want to add another thing to my list of things to do for this weekend! I am hoping we can get settled really fast at my In-Laws house so I can get back to the swing of things for next weeks update! Everything is going great though I am healthy & happy and baby seems to be growing! See you in my next update. Have a great Weekend everyone! I will leave you with this picture of my cute little bump though. Happy Halloween everyone! Enjoy your festivities this upcoming week!
...following my dreams... -Cynthia Hello, Well 14 Weeks have come and gone. I am already in my 15th Week of this pregnancy. Cannot believe it. I am getting to the stage where there is NO hiding this bump now. Lol. Not that I wanted to hide it anyways...but it's past the point of being all baby bloat...and now has reached the stage of a very noticeable little bump now. Crazy how this little person growing in there is the size of a lemon....a LEMON!!!!! Also this past week was my first Week in the second trimester! This makes me so happy! I honestly feel amazing and couldn't ask for such an amazing shift in how I feel...it sucked being so nauseous all the time :( But it seems like that stage has past for a couple weeks now. What's new??? Well we have been busy packing and cleaning and organizing our belongings...sorting what is coming with us to our parents house...and what is being stored at my Dad's. Crazy that this move is going to happen in the next Week or so....we are so excited to start this new chapter...this new journey of saving as much money as we possibly can to get into a house of our own! I talked a little bit about it in my last update. But we are moving back in with Jayden's Parents, so that we can save for our down payment for our first house! This is BIG. We are ready to take this challenge on! Jayden had a very busy work week, he normally has guitar lessons (that he does in our basement) Tuesday's & Wednesdays. But this week he also had Parent Teacher Interviews as well...so he has been gone a lot. So on Friday night I got to sneak out and have a girls night out, so that was nice to be able to just relax and have some girl time. But the lucky lady I am we also got to go out on a date on Saturday night...just Jayden and I, went out for dinner then drove around and drooled over some houses on the market right now! Great ending to the week! Some symptoms for Week 14... -I have been very tired recently...the fatigue has hit me so hard. There have been a couple times I needed to just take a nap during the day cause I literally ran out of energy. I am thinking this has a lot to do with moving...cause I should be getting more energy as Second Trimester has approached! -I have been getting a couple headaches this past week as well, although they are nothing compared to the migraines I was experiencing before. I don't even have to take any tylenol for them cause they go away pretty fast or are just very mild. -Burping has been an annoying symptom this past week, it will happen out of the blue...it's Gross! -Hunger is a huge one for this past week. It is crazy and hard to explain how hunger will strike when I least expect it. It is a feeling I cannot even explain..I will be fine and dandy one minute and the next I am starving...and need to eat...NOW. -I have experienced a bit of heartburn...nothing too crazy...I have also been craving spicy foods...so maybe these two things go hand in hand and that is the reason I get the heartburn? Either way...it sucks! -This little baby is starting to move sooo much in there. I notice it the most when I sit down during the day, it won't happen all the time, but every other time I do notice it. I cannot begin to explain how this makes me feel...when this little babe kicks in there and I notice it...I just get filled with pure joy. Nothing in the world is better <3 Nothing else really to say...so I'll leave you with my questions for the week! Enjoy! How far along? 14 Weeks 6 Days! How big is baby? The size of a Lemon. 3.4 inches. 1.5 ounces. About baby? Baby is probably sucking his/her thumb and wiggling his/her toes in there! His/her kidneys are making urine, and the liver and spleen are doing jobs, too. He/she's growing lanugo (a thin peach-fuzz-like hair) all over it's body, it will help keep warm! Total weight gain and bump measurements: 4lbs total weight gain! 39.5 inch baby bump (.5 inch increase since last week)! Maternity clothes? Shirt is from Thyme Maternity I got it during my first pregnancy and it's still nice and cozy & my jeans are from Thyme Maternity as well. Stretch marks? None. Sleep: Sleep is still amazing <3 Best moment this week: Going out for dinner with my Husband without the kids...one on one is exactly what we needed after our busy week. Miss anything? Salmon Sushi! Movement: Yes I am feeling this little one more and more during the day! Food cravings: Pineapple, Peach Yogurt & Pumpkin! Anything making you queasy or sick: No not at the moment! Gender: Don't know yet. Labor signs: Nope. Symptoms: Fatigue, headaches, burping, hunger & heartburn Belly button in or out? In. Wedding rings on or off? On. Happy or moody most of the time: Happy. Looking forward to: Moving into the In-Laws to start saving for our down payment! That is it for this Week's update. Go check out my youtube video if you'd like to see the video update! Have a great week everyone! ...following my dreams...
-Cynthia Happy Thanksgiving everyone :) I hope your weekend was amazing. Mine was!!! We had Thanksgiving dinner with my Dad & some Family yesterday! Also just tonight we had Thanksgiving dinner with my In-Laws and some more Family! What a wonderful weekend and so much to be thankful for <3 Life is good! We are going to be moving at the end of the month. Moving into my In-Laws house for about 6 Months (or longer) so we can save some money for a down payment for a house. So we have been busy packing and getting things organized. This next Year is gonna be so exciting with so many amazing life changes! Feeling amazing. Movement is getting more noticeable. Sleep is amazing. I really don't have any cravings, the nausea has pretty much gone away. The only thing I have been feeling is tired, but that can be because we are packing boxes and cleaning our house. Can't believe this trimester is coming to an end. I am happily welcoming the second trimester and really hope to establish some more routines. I really want to work on doing prenatal yoga before bed or sometime during the day. Fitness is so important and it is something I did very little of with my second pregnancy, but I also felt so unfit and just uncomfortable. Which is why I want to establish a nice routine that works for me to be more active! I want to start eating better too..since I am now feeling a lot better I think it will be easier :) Just to focus more on eating real foods, lots of protein, fruit, veggies and staying away from processed, refined sugars & heavy starches! Anyways that is pretty much it. Here are my Questions for the Week! Enjoy :) How far along? 13 Weeks 6 Days! How big is baby? The size of a Peach. 2.9 inches. 0.81 ounces. About baby? Baby is forming vocal cords and teeth. Even though baby is tiny, she/he has fingerprints. His/Her intestines are moving from the umbilical cord to their more permanent place, in her tummy. Total weight gain and bump measurements: 4lbs total weight gain! 39inch baby bump! Maternity clothes? This black shirt is not a maternity shirt...it is at least 9 years old...lol. Time to recycle it. My pants are Maternity skinny blue pants from Motherhood Maternity <3 Stretch marks? None. Sleep: Sleep is amazing <3 Best moment this week: Thanksgiving Dinners and spending time with all of my lovely family! Miss anything? A huge glass of wine <3 Movement: Yes a couple times! Definitely can feel the movements more! Food cravings: No...I really don't have an appetite right now :( Anything making you queasy or sick: No not at the moment! Gender: Don't know yet.
