Hello, Anders is 10 Months Old! This happened 4 days ago now...the time is slipping by. But wanted to get his update done now. Blogger fail...I did his complete update yesterday (I just left the window on my computer open so I can go and weigh Anders...) came back to it this morning and I didn't save it :( This is the worse...but hopefully lesson learned. So anyways here we go again...lol. Anders is changing so much...he is transforming into this sweet little man. The personality on him is just so sweet. Charming, silly, loves to smile and loves to flirt with anyone, he's just our tiny little peanut of a man <3 We just adore him and he has been they most perfect addition to our family. Our family room is almost complete...just some final touches and then decorating! So the boys have been excited to have a space for all of their toys (and to be able to play with the toys that have been stored since last summer) it's like Christmas all over again. Anders is loving it because he is no longer getting trampled. He hangs out in the main living room upstairs while his brothers play downstairs. My favorite thing that he is doing that is the most recent is he sits up on his own (from lying on the floor) he just looks so cute and is getting so pro at it now. At first it was a bit of a shock coming into the room and seeing him sitting up (when I left and he was lying down) now to see him in action is one of the cutest things. Maybe crawling (real crawling) won't be too far off :) Anyways on to his update. again. lol Weight- Anders is weighing in at 16lbs & 4oz. Our little peanut. We have small babies. Sizes- He is able to wear a lot of his 6-12m clothes...however he is growing out of them in length so I have pulled out some of his 12-18m clothes. He is still wearing Size 4 pampers :) Routine- 6/7am- Wake up for the day. I nurse him then I feed him a half a banana and some cheerios or some toast! 7/8am- He goes for his first nap (however on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays, Isaiah has preschool so if Anders doesn't wake up before 7am he has to wait for his first nap (which I would then put him down after I drop Isaiah off at school...so 9:30am...we don't like these days and this is the reason I want to start waking him for 6am every morning...so he can for sure have that nap before we leave...and so we can start going out and doing things each morning (like parent link...or for a walk...or the park as it get's nice outside) When he wakes up from his nap I nurse him again and then give him some sort of snack. Then I get the kids lunch ready around 11/11:30am and give him lunch to. 12/12:30pm- He and Jens goes for a nap (the boys share a room...and I am so happy these two nap at the same time...PLT) 2/3pm Wake up from nap. I nurse him and give him a snack. We eat dinner around 5pm and that is when I also give him dinner (usually puree up whatever we are eating or sometimes we give him those little organic food pouches...I am gonna start making some baby food for him again though...cause he really loves purees) sometimes he doesn't eat what we are eating...so it will be good to have a couple frozen purees that he loves that I can just defrost for him if needed :) 6:30- We get ready for bed. We sing some songs (he is getting so good at it...he kicks his feet and moves his head and he is usually our little drummer or piano player) He always has a big smile when he is playing a lot with us. Then we read the boys some stories, brush their teeth and tuck them in. We then sing them 2 or 3 songs when they are nice and tucked in. Anders kicks his feet when I am singing to him <3 Anders & Jens go down at the same time as well...so this is very convenient...we are so happy how bedroom sharing is turning out :) Sleeping- He is such a good sleeper. He sleeps through the night. The odd night he will wake up for 1 feed...but 90% of the time he sleeps all the way through. Eating- He is a good eater. He loves to nurse still (he nurses 4 or 5 times a day) He also loves to eat. Although since he got the flu a few weeks ago his appetite is not as it was. I am gonna make him some baby food purees today to try and get him back into eating everything ;) So we'll see if that works. He loves bananas, toast, muffins, shredded cheese, greek yogurt, grilled cheese, french toast, pancakes, most of the foods we eat! Milestones-
10 Months Postpartum- Crazy how fast the time is going. I am doing great. This past month as been a wonderful change for me. I won't talk too much about that...but if it does interest you I've started a new blog on my weight loss journey. Feel free to follow me :) That is where I will keep weekly updates and what not Cynthia's Weight Loss Journey Everything else is going pretty good too...definitely adjusted to a house full of boys! Getting more organized with my life and running my household. Just enjoying life <3 ...following my dreams...
